Payment of Invoices Invoices are forwarded with a breakdown of work undertaken, and payment is required within seven days from the date of invoice. Confidentiality 1stSecretarial Office Support takes confidentiality very seriously and will never disclose client information without the client's written consent. All work is treated in the strictest confidence. The Director has been security cleared by Scotland Yard. Documentation is only retained for as long as necessary, in a secure environment and is then returned to the client or shredded. Assignments All completed work will be delivered to the client by email, fax, CD, or first class post. If you wish us to post your letter, with your signature signed ‘per pro’, this can be arranged. If, however, you wish to sign the letters personally, we can arrange to print and post, or email them to you. Errors and Corrections 1stSecretarial Office Support will ensure that all completed work is error-free. Any amendments must be notified within seven days of receipt of the completed work.
